Children's Vitamins

Do our little ones need vitamins? Well, the answer would depend on the state of your baby’s health and his/her pedia. Some doctors say vitamins are not necessary if the baby is perfectly well and/or is exclusively breastfed, while others prescribe supplements as a default. Regardless of what your take on this may be, I am listing down below the most commonly used and prescribed vitamins for children. :)  In no particular order:

Cherifer.  Comes in oral drops and syrup. With Chlorella Growth Factor (CGF) and is rich in nucleic acids essential for the stimulation of growth. Contains Vitamin A for improved vision as well as Taurine for optimum brain-development. Has 150% RDA of Vitamin C for increased resistance against infection.

Ceelin. Comes in oral drops and syrup. Used for the prevention and treatment of Vitamin C deficiency; increases body resistance to stress and infections and hastens recovery from illnesses and the healing of wounds.

Ferlin. Comes in oral drops and syrup. Contains iron plus vitamins B1, B6, and B12, nutrients essential for healthy blood synthesis and hemoglobin. Used for the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anemia.

Nutrilin. Comes in oral drops and syrup. These are multivitamins for good eyesight and healthy skin, optimum teeth and bone formation, proper metabolism of carbohydrate, protein and fat. Nutrilin helps maintain normal growth and division of cells, keeps the blood healthy, promotes optimum brain development and nervous system function, and boosts immune function and antioxidant protection.

Taurex. Comes in oral drops and syrup. A food supplement with pure taurine. For enhanced mental and psychomotor development, advanced numerical and mathematical reasoning, attention and concentration span, learning capacity and improved memory.

Appebon with Iron. Exerts the synergistic action of Buclizine, B-complex vitamins, and iron to stimulate appetite.
Scott's Emulsion. Packed with Omega 3 fatty acids, DHA, Calcium as well as Vitamin A and D - nutrients that are vital for growth. Vitamin A helps the child develop normal growth and support healthy eyes. Vitamin D and Calcium helps to develop strong teeth and bones while DHA is a key substance in healthy development.

***********

Lia's daily vitamins have always been Cherifer and Taurex, and during those times when she needed to improve her appetite, she was given Propan syrup and Heraclene (not at the same time).  Now that she is turning 2, she will continue on with Cherifer,  stop Taurex , and add Ceelin according to her pedia.  I'll also ask permission if we could try Appebon with Iron because she needs to gain a little more weight, and I've heard very nice feedback about Appebon from some mommy friends. :)

How about your little one? Is/he taking supplements, too?  Feel free to share, hit the comment box below! :)

Cheers,

  2. Another form of Vitamin A is beta-carotene.luo han guo extract factory However, beta-carotene is NOT vitamin A, it's actually a precursor to Vitamin A. What this means is that your body needs to convert it to vitamin A.

Because of the requirement for a receptor to be retained, cobalamin retention can be hindered by gastric problems, like malicious frailty, colitis or atrophic gastritis. https://www.cognitionboosters.com
